Richard retired from the Birmingham AL race track after only 7 races. His sire is the famous Dodgem By Design and his dam is Oakland Dawn. Richard is a very small male racing at only 63lbs.  He was born on 9/23/06. Richard has been living in a condo foster home so would make a great apartment dog. He is very quiet and potties well on leash. Richard is cat, small dog and child friendly and should do well in most any situation. He is such a sweet guy that prefers to follow his humans around and be near them.
