Additional Details:
Piper initially came to us from a greyhound farm and at that time she was called Hunter. She just had no prey drive and wouldn't chase anything so never even made it to the race track. Her sire is Flying Coal City and her dam is Cbar Bigspender. We got her before her 2nd birthday and she has been in a wonderful adoptive home since then. Piper will turn 5 on June 26th. Piper's family made the difficult decision to re-home her because she is panting, stressed and staying in her kennel since the birth of their third child. They had one baby when they adopted her and she was fantastic with him. They had a 2nd child after they adopted Piper that is now a toddler, and just added a 3rd new baby to the mix. Hunter can be a little jumpy and timid in new situations but loves people and really loves to snuggle with people. She is such a sweet loving dog, but loud voices or quick movements can make her skitter away temporarily. She is very quiet in her kennel so may do well in a townhouse or apartment. Hunter potties really well outside as soon as you put her out. She does tend to freeze up a bit on leash when confronted with something new and scary so needs a little work on that. Hunter is a very sweet, timid young girl that hasn't seen much of the world yet and needs some exposure to new things. She is so beautiful with all that eyeliner.
