Additional Details:

Jade came to us in from the Bolton Kennel at the Sanford Orlando Race Track. She had a very long career of 172 races. She started out at Dubuque and then was moved to Southland in Arkansas. From there she went to Melbourne Fl to race. That was the track that she finally started doing well at, and she got up to the top A level there. When that track closed, she went to Sarasota then back to Dubuque and on to Mardi Gras. Then she went back to Dubuque before going back to Florida to Naples Ft Myers and finally Sanford Orlando. So it is pretty safe to say that Jade is very used to traveling. Some tracks are more competitive than others, so dogs frequently move around to lower level or higher levels tracks depending on their racing skill. Even though she got up to A level, and had a very long career, Jade mostly placed and didn't win as much as some. She raced at 64lbs and has a cute light fawn coat with black brindle stripes that we don't see that often. She will turn 5 on December 8th. Her sire is PG Tiger and her dam is Flying Kresley. She was interested in the cat at first, but after sniffing she seemed to lose interest pretty fast, so we thought she was very trainable. As the cat test finished up she saw another cat that bolted past her and she got overly excited about the cats again so she needs further testing. Jade came in specifically for a family that wanted her so they are working with her with their cats to see if she can get used to seeing them move around her. She was a kennel favorite with the daughter of her trainer at one kennel and they would love to keep up with her in retirement. She is a very sweet girl that is very outgoing and curious. She wags and leans in to snuggle with people. She likes other dogs and seems to get along great with everyone. She did OK with the small dog she met, after she sniffed it and figured out what it was. She seemed to like the small kids she met too.
