Buffy never raced. She is a very young girl that won't turn 2 until October 29th. She broke her leg on the farm before she got to the track. She had surgery to repair her leg on April 26th. Buffy is with Pro Greyhound for her vetting and rehab and will be on vet hold until her leg heals completely, then she will be placed through our group. Buffy is expected to make a full recovery and be able to run around and play normally. Pro Greyhound is a 501C3 organization that pays for surgeries of injured greyhounds with fundraising. Buffy is a sweet, friendly girl that is handling her vetting really well. She is playful and very happy. Buffy is healing up well and just needs time for her leg to get strong. She will be on vet hold until the end of June at least and may need leash walked for longer before being allowed to run around and play.
