Additional Details:

Day came in from the Daytona Beach Race Track in Florida over a year ago. She is a very tiny, black, girl that only weighs 51lbs! She just turned 3 on December 11th. Her sire is Bonafide Top Dog and her dam is RC Mystic Nugget. She came in with her sister Night and Night has been adopted. Day won her very first race and raced 21 more races. She never won another race, so was retired young. She is a happy, friendly girl that is young and playful. Day was adopted in June of 2017 and is being returned due to a divorce. She has lived with an Italian Greyhound and with a child and is very good with both.  She is outgoing, gentle and affectionate. She does great on stairs and can get in and out of the car easily. She has not lived with cats but did pass her cat test with a little initial excitement, then quickly lost interest, so we think she may be trainable with them with close supervision at first. Day was also around the children of her racing trainer ages 5 to 12 before we got her. Day looks like she has been polished her coat is so shiny and her personality is just as shiny and bright. She was good on leash and quiet in her crate when placed initially. She loves attention from her humans. Day potties well on leash so may not need a fenced yard if her family was willing to leash walk her. Whoever meets her is going to fall head over heals for this tiny, bundle of joy. Day is a wonderful sweet, loving girl that is about as perfect as she could be.
