King raced at Derby Lane track in Florida. He raced at 73lbs and just turned 5 years old. His birthday is Feb 2nd. His sire is the famous Dodgem By Design and his mom is Dreamy Blossom! King was a pretty good racer too. He is a sweet guy that is just a little timid at first but warms up fast. He is doing great in his foster home with a variety of other dogs. King loves to play with stuffed animals but for the most part he is calm and laid back. He is quiet in his crate so might be a great dog for an apartment or townhouse. King is so well behaved that he would probably be a good choice for a first time dog owner. He has done well at meet and greets and is getting much more outgoing as he is exposed to more people. His foster home says he is a very good boy and he has been a perfect house guest. King has lived in a home for awhile but was returned because he didn't do well being bothered by children when sleeping. He is great with kids normally and likes respectful children but we would prefer not to place him with younger kids that may not understand that sleeping dogs should always be left alone.
